Refining the Phase 2 Dex Hand
A lower bill of materials and a simpler design, shaped with suppliers and machine shops. The actuator stack is finalized, CAN electronics are in progress on a 24 V architecture, and ISO-standard mounting is on the way.

Graded on conditions it never saw
Held-out grading, in practice. Five failures our autonomous training pipeline caught on the way to a 95% pick-and-place policy, and the rule each one left behind.
